We finish up our NCR D1 Hot 100 with the front row.
We've got 16 props and six hookers in our list, and that caps of a list of what's turned out to be 110 players.
For many of these players, they have just started to plumb the depths of their abilities and the hope is that while this winter and spring is a 7s-centric time for NCR it would be nice to see some of them play some more 15s in some venue. Yes, yes there was the all-star tournament, but it almost feels like they got stopped at halftime.
Anyway, enough about that, this is all good news because these players all made a massive impact.
