Major League Rugby kicks off in a few weeks, and the league will make a big entrance into a new market with a series of games in Las Vegas.

Five 2020 regular season matches will be played in Las Vegas as part of the Major League Rugby Vegas Weekend. Matches kickoff on Sunday, February 9 with newcomers the New England Free Jacks taking on last year’s semifinalists Rugby United New York in their inaugural MLR match.

This will serve as a precursor to the official MLR Vegas Weekend, consisting of double-header matches on Saturday, February 15 and Sunday, February 16.

The MLR Vegas Weekend will also feature several invitational games and tournaments, including a national D1A College 7s qualifier and an NSCRO regional qualifier.

All games are at the Las Vegas Ballpark, a top-of-the-line minor league baseball stadium with modern amenities and a pool in centerfield that fans can reserve.
