Men Fall DII College Rankings Week #1

This is the first week of Men's DII Rankings from Goff Rugby Report, and of course there is so much rugby to be played and much proving to do.
So we rely heavily on last year, with a smattering of current results, some scouting, and a bunch of guesswork. Two of the top four from last season are now in DI, and a few others have moved up, too. In addition, some other teams have moved to DII from DI. We're waiting on some results on those teams. Wake Forest and UNC we're on the fence about, and Middlebury hasn't played a league game yet. But NC State already pulled off a big win over a good team, so we put them into the Top 10.
Expect plenty of shifts as the teams get going
