When updating these rankings they started to look like we wouldn't have much to change, but as we worked our way through the list of 35, that assumption seemed to be wrong.
Especially in the 20-35 range, we had plenty of movement. That large group in the Liberty is still finding its way and Harvard has come in after an impressive win over UConn. Buffalo makes a move upward, as does Northeastern.
The other question-mark has been the Great Plains, which is a new conference, and we will be challenged to compare those teams to other programs unless we get some more crossover matches.
But every game is a data point, and Missouri beating Kansas State is a big one. Mizzou enters the top 35.
Coming up, these games will be important for our rankings purposes:
Arkansas vs Missouri
Minnesota vs Wayne State
Tennessee vs South Carolina
Virginia Tech vs UNC-Charlotte
Louisville vs Western Michigan
Northeastern vs Buffalo
And a week later the teams in the Pacific Northwest get going.
