West Point has announced that it has made a change in its women's coaching staff.
In a short statement released yesterday it was announced that Head Coach Bill LeClerc is no longer Head Coach of the program.
Assistant Coach Jenn Salomon-Clayton will step in as interim Head Coach.
LeClerc has been at West Point for 13 years, and has been Head Coach of the women's team since it went NCAA Varsity and joined NIRA in 2014. His departure leaves only Becky Carlson of Quinnipiac as a coach who has been there since the start.
A former Eagle prop, LeClerc coached Army to three NIRA finals and marshaled his side to a semifinal appearance this year, before they fell 26-19 to Harvard this past weekend.
