The 2015 Men's Ivy League season starts on September 19 with the upstart Yale Bulldogs hosting Penn and Cornell hosting Columbia.

For Cornell it's another year in a competition the players and coaches love, but which test the Big Red mightily. While the other Ivy League schools are within easily manageable driving distance of at least a couple of schools, Cornell is no closer than four hours to any of their conference opponents. Long drives or not, Cornell has done well in the Ivy League, and finished 5-2 in the regular season in 2014. 

Dartmouth dominated, and is expected to dominate once more this year. Even as some high-profile players graduate - USA 7s team captain Madison Hughes graduated this year - Dartmouth is deep and ran the table without too much trouble in 2014. However, since Dartmouth plays in the Varsity Cup in the spring, there's still a fight for a place in the DIAA playoffs. Last year, Yale came out of nowhere to win the playoffs and make the DIAA knockout rounds. Despite playing to a 2-5 record in the regular season, Yale has to be considered one of the contenders.

The Ivy League teams are also expected to join the ACRC Bowl Series in November, with the DIAA play-in tournament (minus Dartmouth) slated for the spring.
