With 14 of the top 22 in the Boys HS National Championships, either in the HS Club bracket or Tier II, we certainly had a lot of data to use for this week's rankings.
Of course we have a new #1, and we have a few other shifts in upper part of the rankings. Charlotte Tigers did really well this past weekend in Elkhart and move up four spots. We had been hanging part of their ranking, a large part, on a competitive loss to the Charlotte Cardinals. It's good to see that backed up and more.
New Trier's performance in Tier II sees them move up six spots. We toyed with the idea of moving Raptor past New Trier ... Raptor, after all, had a better result vs KC than did New Trier ... but New Trier's strong performance in their loss to the SOC Raptors prompted us to keep it the way we have it.
We've seen some changes in the stack rankings in Montana, Minnesota, and Wisconsin. that affects things in the 40s. We will likely see more of that, but it's hard to imagine anything changing in the top 25.
