One of the intriguing matchups in the CRAA Fall Classic this weekend in Spartanburg, SC is the D1AA All-Star Bowl.
All-Stars from the Heart of America Conference and the Florida D1AA Collegiate Conference will face off at noon on Saturday, December 7. Streamed live on The Rugby Channel>>
This gives a chance not only for players on championship teams but players on teams from throughout the conference to get some game time and show what they can do.
While the HOA has completed its regular season, with Iowa State winning over Iowa, the Florida Conference is just getting started. Some of the teams have played some preseason games, but they play largely starting in January. So this is a little bit of two ships passing in the night. But it's also worth pointing out that the HOA teams will be in the CRAA D1AA playoffs in the spring.
