In this second installment of the Goff Rugby Report Girls HS Rankings for 2016, we've made some significant changes.
Thanks to United beating Danville, and Danville beating Fallbrook in the Fullerton Tournament, we've put United all the way up to #1. Both Fallbrook and Danville could get to #1 again, but right now, United has done enough.
The McMinn County Tribe from Tennessee continues to log impressive scores and jumps from #15 to #8. We also bring in several new teams and expand to 25. Actually, it's 26. We have two ties, including at #25. Those ties should be broken soon. We'd hoped that Ravenwood and Columbia Central would have figured out who was top in their league last night, but lightning prevented that game from being played.
In Oregon, there are several good teams with strong starts to their season. We expect some of those teams to play each other and give us a little more information.
