Well we have to apologize for this being so late in the summer.
We delayed our final girls rankings to chase down some key results, and then other things landed on us, we at GRR were on the road most of the past four weeks, and this type of thing needs your rankers to have time to sit down and study it all carefully.
In the end were did that, but needed some additional time to finalize it all.
Because we didn't do enough rankings—this is only the fourth one, and our target had been eight updates—that forces us to balance multiple results and results over a long period of time. Yes, we hear you ... update more often and that other problem doesn't rear its ugly head. That is most assuredly true!
What we will say about these rankings is that this year was difficult, but in a good way. Leagues emerged from low numbers to play more 15s, and some competitions got better. That required us to do some extra work and observation. It actually turned out well for us because all of that, plus the delay into late June prompted us to move Scottsdale into the Top 50, and we're here for it.
