Can someone other than Cal be #1? Yes, we think so.

Navy has a chance to be nudy up there and if someone beats Navy convincingly then they could, too. We almost moved them up this week.

Navy has life and Saint Mary's on the horizon, so they have ample chance to make a further statement.

Moving up is Mary Washington, which won impressively over Mount St. Mary's. Colorado looked very good in their first two games and we decided they deserve to move up.

Southern Virginia, competitive in losses to good teams, enters the top 25.

Coming up this week will be some very important ranked-vs-ranked games:

Davenport vs St. Thomas
Navy vs Southern Virginia
Life vs Mary Washington
Penn State vs Army

In addition, Ohio State plays Notre Dame in a clash of a ranked D1A team and a highly ranked (in GRR's top 10) NCR team, and Indiana plays another top-10 NCR team in Marian.
