Poised perhaps to see Navy drop out of #1 instead we saw a Midshipmen team that is out of the winter blocks pretty well.

With questions hovering around almost every team in the West, the path might have been open for Lindenwood with an emphatic showing against UMW.

But that game was a bit too close for comfort.

Where we do see a change is with Grand Canyon's continued series of strong results and finally we've decided that their loss to CSU has tk be, for now, put in the past.

Likewise San Diego's tie wit  UCSB is trumped by a win over UCLA. Santa Clara moves up this week also.

In the upcoming slate of games, Life vs Lindenwood is a massive one, but it Saint Mary's at Cal Poly any less massive? UCLA at Arizona is one we usually circle, and we're doing that here, but this time the Bruins really need this one, while at the moment few would say Arizona is an underdog.

Army West Point gets on the field for the first time with a trip to Florida to play St. Thomas. We've got to applaud STU for playing a tough road schedule, but southern Florida is a pretty attractive location for opponents, too.

So St. Thomas has a 15s schedule of seven home games and six away games, with trips to New York, South Carolina, Arizona, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, and Maryland. It's good that they have a majority of home games, but the road schedule covered about 8,000 miles.

On Friday, Ohio State plays Queens in the new Anthem RC Pathway Classic series. That will be live-streamed by CRAA.
