“The Crusaders’ legacy of rugby excellence is unparalleled, and this partnership with Madak will help us achieve our vision of making an even greater impact across North America,” says Crusaders International Academy Director Grant Keenan. "Our mission is to create an environment where players and coaches can learn, grow and lead - we're excited to have Madak helping us in this mission to allow people to reach their potential."

Keenan continued: “We are looking forward to the opportunities ahead as we work together to grow the sport and foster a new generation of players and coaches.”

The Crusaders International Academy Framework is a holistic approach to rugby development that emphasizes continuous improvement and sustainable success. It is built on the foundation of a Winning Mentality, fostering a culture of learning, growth, and leadership at all levels of the organization.

This mentality is characterized by a relentless pursuit of excellence, a growth mindset that embraces challenges, and a commitment to inspiring others to reach their full potential. This mentality drives the framework's interconnected components.

The programs include on-site, residency, or remote for players and coaches with a coaching group that includes two current USA National Team coaches, two former Eagles (Scott Lawrence showing up in both lists), five former Al Blacks, and a total of 10 former internationals from various countries as well as professional men's and women's coaches with connections to national teams or major professional teams.
