Colonial Coast Latest - Salve Wins Again
Salve Regina is the only undefeated team left in the Colonial Coast Men's DII college conference after handing Johnson & Wales a 52-0 defeat to move to 5-0.
Salve dominated possession and continually forced turnovers, and defended well when Johnson & Wales had the ball they defended with patience.
Meanwhile, the other undefeated team, Endicott, suffered their first loss, being beaten by Plymouth State 23-15. The teams were relatively even in the game, but Plymouth State's goalkicking was stronger and they punished Endicott infractions.
Wheaton moved to 2-2 with a 32-16 victory over UMass Dartmouth, while Western New England slammed winless Mass Maritime 102-0.
