In three weeks, the country of Bermuda hosts the Ariel Re 7s, with 16 college and age-grade teams from the USA and Canada in two brackets.
The women's bracket includes the hos Bermuda Stars, but also brings Rowan University and the University of Wisconsin-Madison teams from the USA. Three Canadian teams are also lined up to compete, with University of British Columbia heading that list.
Two younger teams are in with UBC U18s and Toronto Inner-City Rugby Foundation also competing.
The men's bracket is a little bigger, with hosts the Bermuda Stars heading the list. The rest are American college teams, including some very experienced sevens programs such as Stony Brook, Maryland, and Norwich.
Also on the slate are Christendom, Colgate (two teams), Columbia (two teams), Loyola of Maryland, and Rowan.
A wild card will be the Northeast U23s, who could be very strong as they bring in talented players from throughout New England and New York state. They often draw from small colleges, and provide a valuable select-side playing opportunity for those players.

The 5th annual event will be held on Friday and Saturday March 13-14, 2020. Bermuda International 7s will field the very best in high school and college rugby at the National Sports Centre, Bermuda’s premier sporting event venue.
