Lamorinda is making a move.

We have a lot of movement in this week's HS Club rankings.

As we've mentioned before, Southern California is very tight and, in fact, Back Bay probably deserves to be in this 50 even though wins have been hard to come by.

But Belmont Shore's razor-thin win over SOC Raptors shakes things up a bit. In NorCal Lamorinda, Danville, Granite Bay are all really close. Both of those leagues has one team leading a strong pack, and even then, SFGG needed all four conversions to beat San Mateo.

We're not quite sure what KC's win over Raptor means in the long term. The Junior Blues are certainly stronger now than they were, but are they, overall, strong than the Tennessee team? We're not sure.

Finally, we have some new teams in the Top 50, including some from Minnesota as that ever-growing league gets moving. In addition, we have this struggle with regard to D2 teams, but divisions are a little nebulous (is Ohio's D1 really D2 because there's the Varsity league?). We tend to avoid the D2 teams but sometimes they do pop up. Right now Berks won a big game against a D2 team and they might be worthy of a Top 50 spot. They get one this week.

Similarly, Carmichael has done well in NorCal's Gold Division. For now they get a spot.
