Atlantis is running out two 15s teams at the Old North State Invitational in Greensboro, NC this coming weekend.
This is another step for Atlantis in that they have started fielding 15s teams this year. Atlantis ran out a boys team in the Buckeye Invitational this past spring.
Two squads, a group of 24 for boys and 23 for girls, will enter the tournament in Greensboro, and backs up the small success at the Buckeye.
With the girls also playing 15s this marks a major change for Atlantis, which has been exclusively 7s since its inception almost 40 years ago.
