The Army West Point men’s varsity rugby team is seeking a full-time assistant coach and operations director at the United States Military Academy.
The successful candidate would have a level of expertise in coaching forwards.
Responsibilities for the the position include assisting and leading all aspects of the program, including but not limited to: Coaching, Recruitment, Communications, Fundraising and Development, and Operations, Management and Administration.
Preferred Experience and Skills Include:
- Positive Character Attributes and Leadership Abilities
- Previous coaching and/or playing experience
- Collegiate/athletics operations, communications, and fundraising experience
- Recruiting experience
- Bachelor’s degree or higher
- Strong written, communication and presentation skills
- Technologically proficient with ability to learn/use video editing tools
- Familiarity with West Point and the military
