The High School All Americans fell 20-9 to Italy's U18s Tuesday in Rio Cuarto at the 4 Naciones tournament.

 

The HSAA team led 9-7 late thanks to three Ben Cima penalty kicks, but a penalty kick and a late try saw the Italians through.
