MLR Adopts New Referee Review System
DALLAS – Major League Rugby announced today that it will introduce a Referee Review System (RRS) into competition during the 2026 season.
These changes represent the first of their kind for a major rugby league and reflect MLR’s vision to produce the best product for fans across the world.

Maggie Rouse, President of Rugby Texas, passed away this past Friday.
Rouse, who was a vocal supporter of youth rugby for many years as well as a huge advocate for getting young people trained and certified as referees, was in addition a member of the USA Youth & High School Board and had been since the organization's inception.
