The U.S. Rugby Foundation’s Youth Rugby Initiative is offering a free trip to the HSBC Sevens Rugby World Championship for participants of the Youth Rugby Initiative Program.
This invitation is our way of saying “Thank You” to the PE teachers and students participating in our flag rugby program. We also hope this inspires students to move on to rugby’s next level when they start high school. This will be an opportunity for students and teachers to see rugby at the highest level.
They will get to see the World Championship tournaments for Men and Women, plus the Requalification Tournament for Men and Women—32 of the best national teams in Olympic Rugby.

Date: Saturday, May 3, 2025.
Location: Dignity Health Sports Park, Carson, CA
Arrival time: Approximately 12:30 pm
Departure time will be 4:30 pm

This trip is available to middle school or junior high students from 12-14 years old, with age exceptions available as the school sees fit.
