The University of Delaware is searching for a new men’s head coach after current coach Struan Murray announced he is stepping down to spend more time with his family.

The program is a young team, but successful, having finished 3rd in the Liberty D1A Conference this past fall and had two players named to All-Conference honors. The Blue Hens will be moving to D1AA and the Mid-Atlantic Rugby Conference for next season.

The team practices three days a week and played most weekends. A head coach would be expected to be available for those days.

The University of Delaware has strong alumni and parent support, and the coaching position comes with of a stipend starting at $8,000.
