After the CIF shuffled various high school sports, the SCIRF coaches, after meeting with their athletic directors and getting guidance from the schools, have come up with a new schedule.
"SCIRF expects further guidance from CIF as schedules for other sports mature and issues surrounding the pandemic cleared up." said the league in an announcement. "Since CIF is planning full seasons for all sports, shifting to the below schedule allows those rugby players who also play football to enjoy both sports."
The league will shift to much later in the school year than usual. The 2019-2020 season began December 8 and finished up February 23.
