It can be difficult for college grads to find the right club, probably more difficult than it should be, and Eddie Robb wants to change that.

Robb is launching the Find a Club tool at clubrugbyamerica.com/graduates, which helps match rugby players (for free) with adult rugby clubs. With a map of more than 550 clubs, complete with profiles, players have options. Find a Club helps players figure out those options.

Robb grew up with the game in Scotland and now lives and plays in the New York City area. He is launching Find a Club because he has seen how, over the last few years, college graduates aren't playing senior club rugby at the levels they once did.

Part of this is because the prospect of playing professionally clouds the fact that rugby remains a largely amateur sport around the world. Part of this is because, with the advent of the MLR, domestic club competitions haven't been as easy to follow.

It's easy to forget that the reason you started playing rugby in the first place was because it was fun, it was competitive, and you found lifelong friends within the game. Club rugby is no different, and with Find a Club, players can rediscover that feeling after they're done playing in school.

"The decision to go with a club is quite similar to the decisions around choosing a college. Do you want a super-serious club that trains frequently? Do you want a team at a lower division that concentrates on fun and doesn't travel too much? The Find a Club feature helps you get where you want to go, and make finding the right club easier.

And playing for a senior club not only keeps rugby alive, it carries with it all the reasons why athletes play at any level—you're part of something fun, your life will be more interesting, you'll stay in shape, and you'll have connections in the town. This is especially valuable for players moving to a new town.

Go to: clubrugbyamerica.com/graduates, fill out your rugby info and location, get matched to clubs in your area aligned with your specific needs.

"I believe there is an attrition rate from college to adult men's club rugby," Robb told GRR. "I'd love to try and solve for that, and help clubs onboard more recent graduates. I still feel there's a place for the traditions of the game, where your rugby club is a big part of your social circle and is a positive part of adult life.
