A chaotic series of events followed after a not-straight throw-in at a Celina lineout. The South took the scrum, but then lost the ball and Celina was back on the attack. A few good offloads led to an easy score for Celina, again by the big man Schappaugh, and a 19-0 lead.
Celina kicked to start the second half, with a well-executed pop to the middle of the field. A floating pass was almost intercepted by a Celina defender but knocked on, which was adjudged to be intentional and resulted in a yellow card.
