This week in our D2 rankings we see a lot of changes. Why? Because teams are playing.

Anyone playing gets a bigger chance of moving up compared to an idle team, and we're seeing some of the teams who are trying to play struggle. That's OK. We applaud the work they're doing, and we hope to see the results soon.

We have to move Adrian and Marian up nearer the top, with Adrian taking the #2 spot and Marian the #3 spot. They had impressive results over the weekend, but we're not sure those results told us too much. They could easily drift down again. Once Wisconsin-Whitewater gets going we might well see them move up again.

Central Missouri, a team we had on the cusp, tied Missouri S&T so we linked those two together. S&T drops slightly and UCM jumps into #11. Again, this could change dramatically. 

Central Michigan's win over Grand Valley State, in convincing fashion, puts them in the Top 10. Kent State keeps producing good results and this latest one over Alderson Broaddus makes them a Top 10 team. Marist's win over the weekend gets them moving 11 spots. UNC Charlotte lost, but on a last second kick—they move up too.

IUP (a good conference win), RPI (a competitive loss), Citadel (good win over a historical solid team), and Thomas More (we just think they should be there) join or rejoin the list.
