Titha Marah, Wayne State

The winger has been a very dangerous attacker for the Bobcats and his long-range try against Nebraska was the game-winner.

Jacob D’Aniello, Iowa

The Hawkeyes lock was a physical force for Iowa and been central to their strong start in the Heart of America.

Jack Eberle, Louisville

Elusive on attack and a strong tackler, Eberle has helped lead the Cardinals to a 4-0 record in the MAC.

Justus Rees, Texas A&M

Work rate, set piece, and defense are the hallmarks of Rees’s play as he helps lead the Aggies in the Lonestar.

Gage Curry, Kentucky

The experienced flanker can run the attack, lead in the trenches, and play defense, and has done so as UK has waded through a difficult early-season run that included Marian, Queens, and Indiana.

Bobby Walker, Northeastern

Walker’s goalkicking helped the HUskies get by UMass in a crucial win last week.

Eli Ross, Aidan Malley, West Chester

Matt Brown, Will Breslin, Boston College

This center pairing has been a central part of a sparkling BC offense that has won their last three games by an average score of 71-9.

Roman Funkhouser, Tennessee

Scoring tries and leading from the front this No. 8 (photo above) has been part of Tennessee’s excellent start that has included wins over Ohio State, Georgia, Appalachian State, and South Carolina.

David McMurtray, Babson

Coming in at fullback McMurtary has helped Babson to an impressive start in D1AA. His defense and counterattacking have been augmented by some strong tactical kicking and very accurate goalkicking.
