Gamebreakers Men DII College From September
The last few weeks we've seen several Men's DII players make an extra-big impact.
It's time for out Gamebreakers for DII players in September.
Aubrey Aird, Georgetown
A big attacking No. 8 who can break off huge runs, Aird has kicked off the season well for the Hoyas.
Harry Hagan and Colin Remscheid, Memphis
These two work very wel together on defense and are a big reason why Memphis has given up only 14 points so far this season.
Garrett Getz, Northern Iowa
Doing the unglamorous work, Getz wins rucks, makes tackles, and runs support lines as he leads a league-leading UNI team as captain.
Payson Tabola, UMS&T
Tabola leads the Gateway Conference in tries as he urged S&T to a potential conference title.
Lukas Massikas, IUP
Defense has seen the #1-ranked Crimson Hawks start strong and at the center of that is a freshman tackling machine in the person of Massikas.
Connor Hulne, Wisconsin-Whitewater
Having emerged as a team leader, and a leader by example, Hulne is a big part of Whitewater's solid start.
Curtis Clifford and Billy Freeman, Bloomsburg
The two centers were dynamic on attack and ferocious on defense in Bloomsburg's key win over Bucknell.
Benji Hanneman, Marist
When points are there to take, whether counter-attacking from fullback, capping off a team movement, or kicking for goal Hanneman is there for the Foxes.
Anthony Casablanca, Vermont
The Catamounts' No. 8 is a big-time tackler and works the tough stuff, and has been key to Vermont getting to the top of the NEWCRC.
Marius Edwards, Norwich
The Cadets captain keeps scoring tries while also providing inspiration for a Norwich team with plenty of talent.
Aiden Reilly, Grand Valley State
Yet another hard-running No. 8, Reilly is young but has been a massive addition for the Lakers.
Aidan Guarnuccio, Scranton
The captain and scrumhalf for Scranton, Guarnuccio runs the show and is a constant threat to test defenses on his own, as well.
Peter Patouhas, Bucknell
A lock who spent a semester playing in France and was a pretty good player to begin with, Patouhas has returned with more knowledge and has put that to work in every facet of his game.
Zack Nkadi, Loyola
The No. 8 just keeps cutting through defensive lines.
Nathan Caruso, Villanova
Caruso has been keeping the scoreboard ticking over all season and he leads the MARC in points scored by a huge margin.
