Last week's #1, Xavier, lost a very close game to Gonzaga. With Gonzaga having two domestic losses, we're not inclined, right now, to put them at #1. So, who would be #1? Easy, really. Jesuit of Sacramento. Jesuit is undefeated, and has beaten Danville and, this past weekend, Granite Bay. And they've won convincingly. It's no contest, really.
Westlake moves up to the top 10 after beating Lake Travis. Gregory the Great and Hough move into the Top 50 thanks to one result for GGA (a win over St. Joe's) and a series of wins for Hough. The worry about Hough is that they haven't actually played the North Carolina teams we think are really strong. So we wait and wonder. Also we're waiting on West Allegheny, which could be ranked but has to wait another week.
