Club HS rugby is slower to start every season because the warm-weather states are focusing on school rugby.
However, we do have Florida, and some teams in NorCal, and some more in Texas. We decided to skip last week because it would have been one team moving and everyone else kind of staying there.
Now we do have some moves to make. Key change is that SacAir comes in after some good showings in early games. But we are taking all of that with a grain of salt, because they are warmup games. Might San Mateo be stronger after the school season wraps up? Yes.

So we move things now but we could be throwing that early result out later.
Barbarians (used to be called Katy) move up. Greer jumps into the Top 50 after a win over Wando.
Now ... this coming week is not a super-busy weekend so we might not update this until the end of February. But once March rolls around we're into it.
