WIIL Opens, UNI Readies
Change seems to be the order of the day for Northern Iowa as the WIIL Conference season kicks off.

West Point flyhalf Jon Kim set a program record with seven conversions in Army’s 49-3 defeat of Stony Brook.
However, Kim’s kicking wasn’t the only thing that impressed. The convert from the Army football team (where he was the kicker) showed good all-around skills and ran the West Point offense smartly in the opening victory.
Men Fall DI College Rankings Week #1
Well here we are, back again ranking rugby teams.
This week we give you our all-DI rankings for teams playing in the fall. Any program that plays a significant fall 15s schedule is included, but programs that play only one or two games (or none) during the fall are not included. This is a 15s ranking, not a 7s ranking.
Empire Looks Wide Open as Season Starts
The Empire Conference kicks off league play this weekend with the top teams of recent years having been stung somewhat.
Syracuse was shut out by Buffalo a couple of weeks ago, albeit in a game where the Hammerheads had a good amount of possession and good field position. Syracuse will host Fordham on Sunday.
