Arkansas State Shuts Out Texas

AUSTIN, TEXAS — Arkansas State University put on another scoring show to defeat Texas, 74-0, in collegiate rugby here Saturday.  Freshman Louis Neal led with three tries, followed by two apiece from freshman Keagan Barrett and sophomore Tino Msasanure.

The victory puts the Red Wolves at 4-0 on the year and elevates their point output to 297-6 against their opponents.

Bethel Wins Big One vs GVSU

Bethel took control of the Great Lakes men' D2 conference with a convincing 56-20 defeat of Grand Valley State.

An early yellow card to Grand Valley lock Jake Gite didn't help GVSU any and Bethel surged to a 22-0 lead.

Navy Wins On Special Day At Iona

Navy defeated Iona 25-7 Saturday on the same day that Iona dedicated the Quinn's Corner, in honor of Iona rugby alum Pat Quinn and his campaign against ALS.
