With several Boys HS Rugby National Championship play-ins completed this weekend we know more about who will be at the tournament.
New Trier, Berks, Fort Hunt, St. Edward, Notre Dame de la Salette, and Greenwich have all played their way into the Big Dance, with more spots waiting.
St. Edward defeated Archbishop Moeller 29-8 on a cold Saturday in Cleveland, Ohio to secure a play-in for the Boys HS Rugby National Championships.
Ed's defended well in a fixture that is always intense and carries plenty of physicality. But with scrumhalf Owen Ahern and flyhalf Tommy Graham working well together they were able to run in five tries.
There is still time to apply for the Boys High School Rugby National Championships.
The application window closes February 1.
The application window for the Boys High School Rugby National Championships is open now.
The tournament will be held May 22-24 in Elkhart, Ind. at the Moose Rugby Grounds, which features three full-sized, all-grass fields, plus a full-sized practice field.
Elkhart was chosen for the venue and a also for its central location and high number of reasonable hotels for teams.
The invitation to apply for the Boys HS Rugby National Championships should be active in just a few days.
