Life University escaped an intense battle with Davenport University Saturday, kicking a penalty goal with no time left to win the opening match in the Mid-South Conference 28-25.

Life University has recorded another intimidating win in the South Independent DI women’s conference. After opening up its first-ever matrix season with a 90-0 win against Florida State last weekend, the Running Eagles trampled Tennessee 122-0 on Saturday.
Saturday was an important day for Life University, as the women’s team played its first matrix match in the DI Southeast Independent Rugby Conference. The Running Eagles celebrated in convincing fashion, running in 15 tries during the 90-0 victory over Florida State.
