The USA Men's National 7s team finished tied for 11th in the Wellington 7s, and thus saw France, Australia, Argentina, and Kenya pull ahead of them in the overall World Series standings.
The Eagles now sit 11th with 23 points; South Africa leads with 63 points, well ahead of #2 Fiji and #3 England.

Eagles Bow Out
The USA Men's 7s team lost to Kenya 19-12 in the Challenge Cup semis (what used to be the Bowl semis) of the Wellington 7s.
Perry Baker got a first-half try, but Kenya controlled much of the match, and the Eagles only added to that score late in the game after they were down 19-7 - Madison Hughes scored the second try.
Barrett Leads USA Over Japan
The USA won their Challenge Cup Quarterfinal 19-14 over Japan thanks in large part to a couple of big players from Danny Barrett.
