GRR: Eagle Men
The USA Falcons men's team has been named to play in the Las Vegas Invitational Men's Elite 7s.
These are players who have been pushing for selection for the USA Men's 7s team, and several have already been named to the Eagles in previous tournaments. The players were selected to the Falcons after a camp at the OTC.
The USA still has one more game to play in the Americans Rugby Championship, and a win would assure the Eagles of 2nd place in the competition, and keep them in with a chance for 1st.
Some players have rejoined the USA team. NYAC lock-flanker Nate Brakeley has rejoined the squad, as has Lindenwood center Lorenzo Thomas.
USA Head 7s MNT Coach Mike Friday has chosen his Eagles to play in the USA 7s in LAs Vegas starting Friday, March 4.
The Eagles will play Wales on Friday at 4:57pm Pacific Time, and then Canada at 7:36pm PT, before finishing off their pool play on Saturday against South Africa at 2:35pm PT.

While we’ve all been looking intently at the USA 15s team, the USA Men’s 7s team has probably been welcoming the lack of scrutiny going into Las Vegas.
