The LoneStar Conference (LSC) is committed to being the premier Collegiate Rugby Conference in Texas. Its’ mission is to cultivate, educate, and promote the sport of rugby, while instilling pride, life long values and self confidence. The Conference came about due to USA Rugby mandating that all college programs separate from their territorial Unions and become their own silos.
The Lonestar Rugby Conference has announced will officially join National Collegiate Rugby (NCR) beginning in Fall of 2025.
This move brings 20 men’s programs under the NCR umbrella, enhancing the reach and depth of one of the nation's fastest-growing rugby organizations. The incoming teams will compete across Division I-AA, Division II, and Division III.
