It's time to bring back our Gamebreakers column as boys HS rugby is now in (almost) full swing.
We saw some excellent clutch plays and strong performances around the country this past week, from West Virginia out to Southern California. Here's a look at some special efforts from High School rugby around the nation:

Sometimes it's those little moments show you something about a player, even in a losing cause.
St. Ignatius No. 8 Marty Lenehan had one of those moments this past weekend in his team's loss to the Charlotte Tigers. Lenehan, trying to light a fire under his team went on a bullocking run down the right side was grabbed and ... lost his shirt.
Charlotte Tigers Impressive In Beating St. Ignatius
The Charlotte Tigers put a tenacious St. Ignatius to the sword Saturday, beating the Wildcats 46-7 in an early-season high rankings clash.
The Tigers had played one weekend of shortened games, while St. Ignatius was playing its first gamer in about a year as the two teams met in Morgantown, WV to kick-start their season.

After 11 months of no rugby or perhaps only modified 7s, rugby union at the high school level is making its return in the Carolinas.

Today capped the end of a rugby exchange between the USA and Laos, with a group of coaches and player-coaches visiting Lao rugby clubs and cultural sights to make a connection between the two countries.
