USA Rugby’s 15 High Performance Director Billy Millard is moving back to the UK and has left his job with USA Rugby.
 
The move is partially related to the fact that he and his wife are expecting a baby, and Millard was announced as the Cardiff Blues head of elite performance Sunday.
