Following the Fall 2016 season which bore witness to three Tri-State Rugby Conference women's teams participating in the Round of 32 Fall Championship, the All-Conference selections have been announced.

RPI pulled off a slight upset in edging Seton Hall 22-19 at Seton Hall. While Goff Rugby Report had RPI ranked and Seton Hall not ranked, Seton Hall, in fact, was seeded higher than RPI in the Tri-State.

The two most interesting results of the final weekend came in the Tri-State North, where 4-0 Sacred Heart played 3-1 RPI, the defending conference champs, and 3-1 Siena took on 1-3 Union.

William Paterson beat College of New Jersey to finished 4-0 in the Tri-State South, and Vassar, with three tries from Trevor Kennish, is now 5-0, setting up a showdown with SUNY New Paltz for the final weekend.
Siena College hosted Hofstra Saturday on Parents Weekend and came away with a crucial Tri-State Conference win.
Siena emerged 43-12 winners behind tries from fullback Brett Gaughan, No. 8 Ryan Powell, two from center Ryan Flynn, and three from flanker Matt Demm.
