The National Collegiate Rugby All American team finished off their France Centennial tour 3-0 after beating French Universities 25-19 on the Fourth of July in Paris.
the tour was held in part to commemorate 100 years since the USA beat France in the 1924 Olympics to win Gold.
The National Collegiate Rugby-run NCR All American team is on tour in France as part of a nod to the 100th anniversary of the last time the USA won their last Olympic gold medal in rugby.
Of course the USA returns to Paris '24 this year. The NCR All Americans started off impressively, beating the Beglum U23s 36-20 on Sunday in Dunkirk.
(NCR Release)—National Collegiate Rugby (NCR) has appointed Zach Lanning as the new Men's Small College Commissioner.
Lanning will lead the Competitions Committee for the 250 Small College teams across the country and manage the national playoffs and championship pathways for both the 15s and 7s seasons. Lanning will report to the Men’s Competition Director, Brad Dufek.
Four champions were crownd Sunday in the Women's CRC 7s in Maryland.
D1 PremierBrown repeated as women's CRC Premier champions, downing Army in a close one 12-5 n the final.
This was the second straight year those two had battled it out in the CRC final.
Wheeling University sped their way to the CRC Men's Premier title Saturday night, racing past Kutztown, 29-10.
