GRR: Kahuku
It’s a busy week for HS teams in Hawaii as the Hawaii Ruggerfest is going on.
For some teams it’s been a while since they were on the field - Kahuku, after their trip to the mainland, had a forfeit two weeks ago and no game this past weekend. But all of that will change this week.
This past weekend Jesuit HS of Sacramento defeated Lamorinda 62-0 in league play, while Kahuku HS of Hawaii played in the Snow Canyon Invitational, going 2-1 against United, Red Mountain, and Snow Canyon.
On Monday, the defending Hawaiian champion Raiders met the Marauders in Sacramento to cap their mainland trip.
First the earlier games:
Friday and Saturday Snow Canyon HS hosts five other highly-regarded HS teams in a tournament in St. George, Utah.
The defending Utah single-school champion, Snow Canyon already defeated defending Arizona champion Red Mountain 50-19 in late January and will look to get a repeat performance
