Atlantis had a fruitful Thanksgiving weekend, as the all-star 7s team went 3-1 to win the New York 7s Girls High School Premier division. The men also won the Men's College division.
Atlantis US Sevens Rugby™ in cooperation with Surfside Sevens, held an open high school camp attended by more than 80 participants, both boys and girls, in Stone Harbor on the New Jersey shore July 17.
The Rugby Washington Boys Loggers rep-side has announced 22 players selected for a U14/U15 Development Squad to play in a select side tournament in Kelowna, BC August 7-9.
Teams from British Columbia and Alberta will also be there.
The regional all-star tournaments are now done, and perhaps the biggest thing to come out of them is how many scouts, coaches, and organizers have expressed how impressed they have been with the boys JV level of play.
