GRR: Charlotte Tigers
Despite it being Spring Break, the Charlotte Tigers had some important games to play over the weekend, taking on two ranked opponents, including one that was a key one for getting into the Boys HS Rugby National Championships.

It was a well-contested, physical, and high-quality contest with no quarter asked or given as one would expect from a top-tier local rivalry.
Fort Hunt took an early-season trip to North Carolina to take on the Raleigh Redhawks and Charlotte Tigers.

From the opening kickoff, It was a very intense hard hitting game. Both teams showed solid skill with ball in hand and with their kicking games to keep pressure away from their goal line.
St. Edward, Charlotte Tigers, Raleigh Redhawks, and Glen Ellyn played in mini-tournament at the University of Kentucky, with all four games being competitive.
St. Ed’s defeated the Charlotte Tigers 21-12 on Saturday and then Glen Ellyn out of Illinois 45-24 on Sunday. The Raleigh Redhawks also came out of the weekend 2-0 on a cold and windy weekend in Lexington, Ky.
