Clemson moved to 3-0 in Atlantic Coast Rugby League play with a708-5 defeat of NC State.

The Tigers gave up their first points of the season, but still won convincingly.

Aaron Keers had a big day on the scoresheet, kicking seven conversions, two penalty goals, and scoring a try for 25 points all on his own.

After an impressive 70-12 defeat of Binghamton Saturday, Stony Brook University stands at 3-0 in the Empire Conference, just behind Kings Point thanks to bonus points.    The two teams will face off October 11, but first Stony Brook will have to get through Brockport, and Kings Point faces Syracuse.

In Week 4 of the ACRC Coaches Pool, there is previous little movement at the top. All of the major teams did essentially what was expected of them. Maryland and Wheeling Jesuit  moved up a shade, while LSU droped, but they are essentially tied. Indiana and Bowling Green moved up, and West Virginia, St. Joe's, and Virginia Tech joined the Top 20.
