The USA Women’s Falcons have named 12 players for the Los Angeles Invitational taking place Friday, Feb 28 to Saturday, Feb 29 alongside HSBC LA Sevens.

The pool for the NAHS 7s Girls bracket at the Tropical 7s is set, with 11 NAHS Series teams and five guest teams, all from outside the USA.

The final list teams for the U18 NAHS 7s (Elite) brackets at the 2020 Tropical 7s have been confirmed; sixteen teams will compete in both the boys and girls divisions, which will see some of the highest level of rugby competition at the youth level as the Academy programs fight for a North American Championship.

With everything in flux in USA Rugby there are still a lot of questions about how the national governing body of the sport will handle regular yearly activities ... such as the collegiate sevens national championships.

With the CRC no more now that United World Sports has essentially ceased operations, USA Rugby's championship seems to be the only option.

The University of Denver shut out Mira Costa College 21-0 in the final of the National Small College Rugby Organization (NSCRO) open 7s qualifier in Las Vegas last weekend.

The tournament itself was quite competitive and a hgh percentage of the games were very close. Neither Denver nor Mira Costa won their pool.
