There are some teams that moved up but who didn't make the top 40, such as Syracuse, Boston College, and Northeastern. Illinois moved up thanks to a very close loss, while your biggest movers are Utah State (crushed Wyoming), and Minnesota (beat Purdue).
Notable, also, of course, is that Kutztown moves to #6 from #8.
And by the way, we love it when rankings work out, like #8 Kutztown beating #9 Army, or even we had our out #66-ranked team lose to #65. Love it. Of course, Indiana beat Notre Dame, and we ranked Indiana below Notre Dame.
