Another Title for Minnesota-Duluth
The University of Minnesota-Duluth Fighting Penguins are now double champions, as they took the national DII 7s championships on Sunday.
Champions Crowned Women's College 7s
Weather forced early kickoffs for the playoff rounds of the USA Rugby College 7s Championships, with most brackets finishing off in the morning, before the rains really came.

Champions Crowned in Men's College 7s
With rain and storms threatening Sunday, the USA Rugby College 7s Championships knockout games were moved up to early in the morning, and so we have already crowned national champions in both Men's DI and Men's DII.
Life Women Impress in DI 7s Championships
Life University looked dominant Friday and Saturday, winning all three pool games and scoring 107 to the opposition’s five points in the USA Rugby Women’s DI College 7s Championships.
Also going undefeated were Penn State and Lindenwood, but it was Life that seemed to explode onto the pitch at Wakemed Soccer Park in Cary, NC.
Lindenwood Belleville Bounces Back to Make DII Semis
Lindenwood-Belleville’s run to a national DII 7s title started ignominiously, as the Lunx tried virtually everything they could do to throw away the opener against UMass-Lowell.
In fact, they even tried throwing it away, opting to toss the ball into touch to end the game - you are not allowed to do that - leading to a penalty that led to Lowell’s game-tying try.
