Pendleton Opens Account With Win at St. Xavier
An early Midwest cross-border matchup saw 2024 Indiana state winners Pendleton beat 2024 Ohio state finalists St. Xavier 40-8 Saturday in the opener for both teams.

Ohio Update: Ignatius, St. X Win Rivalry Matches In a classic rivalry high school varsity rugby game, the Saint Ignatius High School Wildcats triumphed over the Saint Edward Eagles 24-0 Saturday night (April 20) at Brooklyn Memorial Stadium in the Cleveland area. The Wildcats displayed a strong defense that kept the Eagles at bay in the first half, but their offense was not clicking, and the half ended with Ignatius leading only 3-0.

St. Ignatius won the Rugby Ohio Boys fall 7s championships in a difficult and contentious final Sunday, battling (as did everyone) rain and mud as well as a talented St. Xavier HS outfit to get there.
