Gamebreakers Men DI College This Week
Here’s a look at the Men’s DI College Gamebreakers for the past week - players who had a particular good weekend.
Kyle Rogers
The playmaker for Arizona as they won the West Coast 7s, Rogers wasn’t featured in the shoresheet, unless you realize that he set up most of those scores.
Gamebreakers This Week - Men DI
Here's a look at some of the DI-level players who showed well in the last couple of weeks - our Gamebreakers.
Skyler Adams
The AIC prop from Colorado Springs had his best game in an AIC uniform against UConn, dominating the point of contact as he helps AIC to an undefeated record in the ECRC.
Gamebreakers - Garrett Shibilski
We first mentioned Garrett Shibilski last year, when the Wisconsin-Whitewater hooker showed some impressive open-field skills in the Men's DII College playoffs.
Well, this year, with the Whitewater pack operating nicely, Shibilski has moved to fullback.
"He is turning into a very dynamic runner and one of our best defenders," said coach Matthew Pederson.
Gamebreakers - Chris Coyne
As Sacred Heart has begun the Tri-State Men's DII Conference season 2-0, Chris Coyne has been at the heart of it.
The former BC High standout is a big, powerful prop who has set the tone in the scrums, and thumps bodies out of the way in the breakdown and running the ball. He's also the club president, carries a 3.8 GPA, and was all-conference last season.
Gamebreakers - Zack Forro
Zack Forro is a hard-charging center for Notre Dame College. He had to miss his team’s game against Navy because he was called up for military service (he’s in the US Army Reserve), but was back for this past weekend’s clash with Davenport.
